Aaron West is the founder and team leader of The West Experience Real Estate Group, one of the top-producing residential real estate teams in California’s Central Valley. With nearly 20 years of real estate experience, Aaron leads a full-service team that includes licensed agents, a Chief Operating Officer, transaction coordinators, and dedicated administrative professionals—all working together to deliver a seamless, high-level client experience.

He is a national speaker and has been featured on numerous real estate and business podcasts, where he shares his expertise on leadership, systems, and intentional business growth.
Aaron also serves as the West Regional Leader for Gobundance, a national mastermind of high-performing entrepreneurs. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Stanislaus County and is an active member of Modesto Rotary.
