Before transitioning into real estate, Sung spent more than a decade in the banking industry across Texas, Southern California, and Tennessee. A graduate of Baylor University, Sung brought his strong financial expertise to Central California when he began his real estate career. His background in banking gives him a unique advantage in assisting clients with the financial complexities of real estate, ensuring they make informed and confident decisions.

As a Certified Full Service Professional (CFSP), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Licensed Agent Representative (LAR), Sung is committed to maintaining the highest standards of service, professionalism, and industry knowledge. Sung is married to Dai, an allergist practicing in Modesto, and together they have two children, Dyson and Sue. The family is actively involved in their community, attending First Baptist Church Stockton and participating in the Asian-American community. Sung and Dai proudly support local organizations including the Gallo Center for the Arts, The First Tee Central Valley, Stanislaus County Asthma Coalition, and Medical Ambassadors International.

Outside of real estate, Sung enjoys golfing, skiing, and photography—hobbies that keep him balanced and inspired.
